Job Summary:

Schedule will be 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Main responsibilities will be unloading pallets of eggs off of trailers and loading into the automated warehousing system at the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Check and document all trailer inspections for cleanliness
• Load correct product: match BOLs on trucks to be shipped
• Unload product received and place in proper storage area
• Accurately complete paperwork for loads
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to use a yard dog to move trailers
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and electric pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion

 Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for supporting accounting including accounts payable and receivable, customer service, and other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Match supplier invoices with receiving
• Enter supplier invoices and apply to the proper purchase order
• Prepare supplier checks

Accounts Receivable

• Invoice and apply customer payments on a timely basis
• Occasionally deposit checks

Overall responsibilities

• Ensure all appropriate schedules are completed timely and accurately during the month-end close process and assist the Controller with other month-end duties, as assigned
• Prepare reports
• Assist the finance team with adhoc requests that arise due to the ever-changing environment
• Enter journal entries
• Credit card management and reconciliation
• Create purchase orders
• Effectively communicate with egg suppliers, scheduling and managing changes as necessary
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries
• Create sales orders for customers
• Arrange freight

The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all processing equipment, tools, and utensils to USDA standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Disassemble all machines to prepare to clean and sanitize
• Clean and sanitize processing facility and equipment including, but not limited to scrubbing, wiping, foaming, and rinsing equipment
• Verify all equipment is sanitized to USDA standards
• Follow cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Reassemble machines and prepare for USDA inspection
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Complete all required documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing plant a plus
• Previous sanitation experience a plus
• Able to frequently bend, squat, twist and lift is required to clean most equipment
• Able to work with cleaning chemicals nightly and learn the proper usage
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail

The Processing Operator performs a variety of tasks to ensure continuous, proper flow of product in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner to provide a quality product.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work in multiple stations between different processing equipment
• Manually load egg flats onto conveyor
• Packing eggs in boxes
• Loading boxes and/or cartons into equipment
• Stacking boxes on pallets
• Moving finished product into cooler, utilizing forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks
• Candling eggs
• Inspecting eggs
• Removing inedible egg from collecting containers and discarding via cable/tubing system
• Wash egg storing equipment
• Keep work areas clean
• Perform other duties as assigned
