Job Summary
This role will be desked in Cokato, MN and will be traveling locally to our Processing Plant or Farm Sites for project work.
Seeking a Licensed Electrician with industrial troubleshooting experience to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and equipment. It is highly preferred that this person have their MN license or journeyman card. However, we are open to interviewing candidates who are close to achieving this license.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and ordering supplies and equipment.
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Communicate with contractors, ensuring project scope and timeline is maintained.
- Local travel to various farm sites depending on project necessity.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Journeyman electrical license in the State of Minnesota.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify a problem and deal with it critically.
- Strong mechanical, analytical, and solution driven skills.
- Ability to schedule and balance priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication ability.
- Must be able to use basic tools and machinery.
- Experience with 3 phase, 480 volt, 24 volt dc control systems, and wearing proper PPE.
- Experience in commercial/industrial automation, PLC programming/controls, and system networking.
- Able to work later hours (after normal production) including some nights and weekends as needed

The Production Layer Manager is responsible for understanding, communicating, and implementing company standards. This role is responsible for leading a managing a team of husbandry specialists.
Responsibilities
- Review production data with team and develop action items to improve performance
- Establish and monitor schedules for lighting, feed, watering, and ventilation within pullet barn
- Schedule bird vaccinations and manure cleaning
- Steward safe workers by following and enforcing safety regulations and policies
- Develop and drive site results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching employees

Job description
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all processing equipment, tools, and utensils to USDA standards.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble all machines to prepare to clean and sanitize
- Clean and sanitize processing facility and equipment including, but not limited to scrubbing, wiping, foaming, and rinsing equipment
- Verify all equipment is sanitized to USDA standards
- Follow cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Reassemble machines and prepare for USDA inspection
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete all required documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grader Operator to join our team at our distribution plant. The Grader Operator is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and the flow of product from entry into denesting through plant and out the cooler door.
Starting and ending times may vary.
Responsibilities
- Work in multiple stations between different processing equipment
- Manually load egg flats onto conveyor, packing eggs in boxes
- Loading boxes and/or cartons into equipment, stacking boxes on pallets
- Moving finished product into cooler, utilizing forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks
- Candling eggs, inspecting eggs
- Removing inedible egg from collecting containers and discarding via cable/tubing system
- Wash egg storing equipment, keep work areas clean
- Ensure denester team is aware and prepared when product type is changing
- Monitor issues with the grader machines
- Verify egg size; ensure eggs are getting the appropriate packaging
- Serve as liaison with quality team
- Print labels for pelletizing
- Work closely with USDA representative
- Perform other duties as assigned

We are seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our team. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HRIS platforms, ensuring the accurate flow of employee data, and supporting HR processes through the effective use of technology. Additionally, this role will be responsible for communications, internally through SharePoint, HRIS software, Paylocity and externally through LinkedIn and company website. This role requires a blend of attention to detail and an understanding of federal and MN state laws and regulations to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Management:
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Manage the HRIS platform, ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly and are optimized for best use. Regularly update and maintain employee data within the HRIS, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, compensation, and payroll information.
- System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of the HRIS system to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with HR teams to define system requirements and implement updates.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems. Regularly audit HR data to identify and correct discrepancies or issues.
- User Support & Training: Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on how to effectively use the HRIS system. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or user inquiries.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Data Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards from the HRIS platform to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance Reporting: Assist in generating reports for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure that HRIS systems are aligned with regulatory requirements, including tax, benefits, and labor laws.
HR Process Support:
- Automation of HR Processes: Leverage the HRIS to automate routine HR functions, such as employee data entry, performance management, and benefits enrollment, to improve overall HR efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes to ensure they are efficient, accurate, and aligned with best practices. Recommend changes or upgrades to systems as needed.
- Payroll: Process weekly payroll.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with expertise in system administration, configuration, and support.

- Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Paylocity).
